- Graduated from outstanding Secretarial Academy or College graduates in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in Secretarial skills
- Self motivated, independent and works well with others
- Working experience with international operation company, preferably US base company
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and values other inputs
- Excellence spoken and written English communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and results-oriented
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Willingness to take on challenges
