Factory Automation Service Engineer (FASE)
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overall service and engineering department’s operation for FA products (PCL, INV, SV, HMI) to achieve desired customer satisfaction to meet Company’s and Division’s goals and objectives. Also you will be as technical support to key account customer.

Your requirement will be :

• Minimum University Graduate (Engineering Major) with 3 to 5 years experience in factory automation field.
• Able to use various electrical measuring instrument  (meter, oscilloscope, etc)
• Able to read and understand electrical circuit diagram
• Good knowledge in FA products (inverter, PLC,Servo, HMI etc), especially in Mitsubishi products is a very key point.
• Able to read and write PLC ladder program is better
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to speak Japanese is advantageous
• Good people handling skill
• Good problem analytical and solving skill

Sales Engineer Process (Building Automation)
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overall sales engineering matter in process and building automation operations product to meet company’s and division’s goals and objectives, 

Requirements:

• University Graduate (engineering major) with 4 to 6 years experiences in related field.
• Pro-actively build & maintain effective business relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop new or untapped business/industry (Oil & Gas, waste & water treatment,Infrastructure and etc)
• Must have capability to understand the requirement of a client (Consultant, Contractors, M&E Cont., etc), and capable enough to design and implement  a suitable solutions
• Able to identify, plan and execute new developments and new project
• Preferably  having working experience background from  similar industry
• Preferably to possess experience in factory automation product
• Possess fundamental business acumen
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people
• Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
• Computer literate.
