PT Heat Exchangers Indonesia is a wholly owned company of the KNM Group based in Batam, Indonesia. Established in 1994, HEI specializes in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels, shell & tube heat exchangers, process skid packages, piping systems and other specialized fabricated equipment for the oil and gas, petrochemical and general industries. Since its establishment, HEI has fabricated over 5,000 units of equipment for various customers in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East and Australia.

ESTIMATOR

Requirements:
• Graduate Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university as a minimum, with at least 2 years in Pressure Vessel, Column, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, Skid, Piping and implementation experience in oil and gas facilities or petrochemical industry
• Strong technical/fabrication skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable codes and standards, such as ASME, TEMA, ANSI, and API
• Strong technical estimating and good knowledge in proposal/contract advantage
• Experience in mechanical design software such as Compress, PV-Elite and Microprotol is preferable.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – DESIGN

Requirements:
• Graduate Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university as a minimum, with at least 4 years in Pressure Vessel, Column, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, Skid, Piping and implementation experience in oil and gas facilities or petrochemical industry
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable codes and standards, such as ASME, TEMA, ANSI, and API
• Experience in mechanical design software such as Compress, PV-Elite and Microprotol.

SALES ENGINEER

Requirements:
• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administrasion, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in sales, business development, service engineer preferably from fabrication oil & gas industries
• Outgoing, service minded, resourceful and independent working person
• Good negotiation skills and able to develop good relationships with customers
• Distinguished communication skills
• Excellent administration skill, detail oriented, IT literate and familiar to work with Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably possess a valid Driver s License and owns a car
• Home base in Jakarta and willing to have extensive travelling.

• Excellent health
• Ability to interact & provide technical guidance to sub-ordinates
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Team oriented, self motivated and ability to prioritize work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to effective communicate with all levels of staff within the organization

* Education Electronics Engineering D-3 Industrial / Mechatronics / Electrical with minimum GPA 2.75
* Maximum age 27 years
* Understand PLC
* Preferably have experience in manufacturing industry
* New students graduate (fresh graduate) are advised to apply
* Proficient using computers at least Ms. Office
* Willing to be placed in areas Lemahabang, Cikarang

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ME CDC UI)

Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of production machinery, especially the mechanical parts around the plant area

* Education : Minimum D-3 Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing / Engineering Manufacturing Production with Minimum GPA 2.75
* Maximum age 27 years
* Understand the basic trouble shooting manufacturing machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
* Preferably have experience in manufacturing industry
* New students graduate (fresh graduate) are advised to apply
* Proficient using computers at least Ms. Office
* Willing to be placed in areas Lemahabang, Cikarang

DRAFTER (DR)

Do drafting, drawing & design improvement to the new tire mold

Requirements:

* Education : Minimum D-3 Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing / Engineering Manufacturing Production with Minimum GPA 2.75
* Maximum age 27 years
* Proficient using AutoCAD program, 3D Modelling (UG)
* Able to read & drawing technique
* New students graduate (fresh graduate) are advised to apply
* Proficient using MS Office minimal computer
* Willing to be placed in areas Lemahabang, Cikarang
