Marine Personnel
Responsibilities:

* Planning and controlling crew’s employment schedule
* Monitoring crew’s performance and ensuring seafarers posses required competence
* Controlling the number crew as per safe manning certification
* Ensuring the validity of crew’s documents

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma majoring Engineering (Marine), Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
* Min. 3 years experience in similar position
* Male/Female with max 35 years of age
* Good knowledge of shipping and its regulation
* Having knowledge regarding of all crew’s documents
* Proficiency in English both oral and written
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

Legal Jr. Manager
Responsibilities:

* Handling day-to-day legal issue of company’s business
* Reviewing and drafting agreements
* Compiling and maintaining documentation system
* Assisting on daily company’s legal matter
* Processing company’s permits

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree majoring Law from reputable university
* Min. three years experience in relevant field
* Capital market regulation understanding
* Oil and gas sector understanding
* Strong analytical skill

Organization Development Officer
Responsibilities:

* Monitoring competencies development program & activities implementation
* Monitoring performance management & system development
* Competency profiling and managing employee competency
* Preparing and updating job description, job specification and job evaluation
* Preparing and updating SOP, HR policy, and HRIS development
* Preparing and updating organization structures

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Human Resource/Management (preferably S2 in HR/Management)

Requirements: Male, with max. age 35 years old, Bachelor degree (S1) in any major, Middle level experience (3 years) in sales for truck, heavy equipments, constructions equipments or farm tractor (preferred), Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Fluent in English both oral and written is a must, Has strong and fast business networking, Has a driving lisence (SIM A), Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan and eastern Indonesia).

PRODUCT SPECIALIST HOSE AND/FILTRATION (PS)

Responsibilities: Manage the brand and ensure the company s sales and profitability are met, develop marketing plans, identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, preparing marketing strategy, implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.

Responsibilities: Increase sales product in branches, Manage salesman and salesman supervisor, Make a daily report to general manager.
