To support its expanding operations, a number of major infrastructure projects are to be developed and opportunities exist for high caliber professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sangatta - East Kalimantan for the positions of:

Coordinator Safety (Code: SafetyCoord) - Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:

* Perform regular site inspection of all EPD departments and contractors’ activities and facilities within the designated areas to ensure the construction work package is being progressed by the contractor to the agreed HSE management plan.
* Assist the Superintendent Safety EPD as well as EPD Departments & Contractors in the safety campaign programs by conducting relevant safety training and awareness to EPD KPC and Contractors employees, and leading/facilitating risk assessment, job safety analysis and planned job observations.
* Co-ordinate within the designated areas, the tracing/tracking of follow-up actions arising from accident/incident reports, inspections, audits andsafety meetings to ensure closing loop.
* Lead/facilitate EPD departments and contractors staff in conducting Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis and Planned Task Observations.
* Participate and assist in internal audit processes within EPD departments & contractors.
* Develop and maintain Safety Training Matrix for all EPD employees within the designated areas and assist EPD Contractors Safety Officers to develop and maintain ones for their employees.
* Attend and contribute to EPD safety meetings and departments/sections safety meetings within the designated areas or as directed by the Superintendent.

Requirements:

* D-3 with at least 5 years experience or S-1 with at least 3 years experience in processing plant or mobile equipment operation.
* Safety related qualification or experience i.e. in risk assessment, job safety analysis, accident investigation, etc. is desirable as this position will be required to lead/facilitate the process and train/coach others.
* Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all level from various departments/divisions and contractors.
* Good presentation skills to conduct interesting safety talks and safety training programs.

Responsibilities:

* The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining an effective financial management system for the property.
* The successful incumbent shall possess good analytical and communication skills and proactively communicate the performance of the company against corporate KPI’s to senior management.
* Management of the entire finance management function including timely preparation of monthly Management Reports, Cash Flow Management, Tax Planning and Annual Budgets.
* Provide training and supervision of the Accounting staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements :

* Male/ Female, max. 45 years old
* Graduated from reputable University min. S-1 Accounting
* Experiences in similar position at Mining Company min 3 years is an advantage
* Having computer literate
* Preferably holder certificate of Brevet A/B

About The Job
BHIT Oil, Gas & Mining Division – Mining Projects is currently in search of a Manager Exploration who believes they can add value through supporting the management of the owners team to successfully deliver capital projects.

The project is in Sumatera and Kalimantan, Indonesia

Reporting to the Project Director, General Manager Exploration will be responsible for managing drilling and other related data acquisition, validation and verification for various stakeholders to build a reliable geological database required for mine design and related engineer purposes. You will provide direction to the Exploration team and Contractors and Introduce BHIT Systems and procedures especially in respect of HSE that are consistent with best practice within BHIT. In the longer team you will be responsible for a strategy of exploration to maximize potential in line with the mineral/coal strategy and ensure that due diligence is given to the relinquishment requirements within the terms. This will include identifying the most promising opportunities including underground deposits.

About You:
You will have tertiary Geology qualifications and strong experience in coal exploration and development. You will also have had exposure to high coal analytical methods. An ability to understand regional and local geological conditions of the project area and proven experience with managing exploration programs in remote areas is essential. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER (SME)

Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedurs that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements :
1. Min. bachelor degree in mining engineering.
2. Min 6 years experiences as a mining engineer in open-cut mining.
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
4. Willing to be placed in all locations (Sumatera and Kalimantan).
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities :
1. Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the days work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
2. Identify engineering problems, propose solution and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
3. Review contractor specification, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporate in the works and the responsibilities allocated the project quality system and understood and implemented.
4. Complete daily timesheet, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5. Prepare data of real/technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6. Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
7. Identity hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to a personnel and the environment.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Law or equivalent.

HSE MANAGER

Requirements:
• Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Min 5 years experience in safety, health environment. Having experience in coal mine is preferable
• Having the ability in SHE management system
• Having the skill and knowledge in accident investigation
• Having POP or POM certificate
• Having ISO or OHSAS certificate
• Set up K3 and environment system for corporate level
• Give advice for K3 development and problem solving strategies in K3LH issues to Management – to ensure the reclamation process in site is running well
• Coordinate with site engineering team in implementing environment program
• Perform K3 inspection and audit
• Having KTT certificate

Junior Geologist (JGO)

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• 0 - 2 years experience as Geologist
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

Junior / Senior Geologist (GO)

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• 0 - 2 years experience as Geologist (Junior), Min 5 years experience in longterm geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports (Senior)
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
