2.  Senior Mine Engineer (MER)

• Certified POP

• Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
• Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage.

4.  Plant Administrator Supervisor (PTS)

• Min. Diploma degree, or Senior High School with extensive experiences
• In charge for employee’s personnel administration-related, such as absent, leave, etc;
• Responsible for logistic management, including PR,

5.  Mechanical Supervisor (SMA)

• Min. Diploma Degree with extensive experience
• Having the knowledge about heavy equipment and related mechanical tools
• Conduct maintenance planning and monitor its execution
• Able to identify problem and take corrective action
• Able to allocate resources to conduct equipment maintenance
• Assist superintendent in developing standard operational procedures

6.  Mining Foreman (MFR)

• Min. Senior High School with extensive experience
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Able to monitor the mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)

7.  Logistic Foreman (LFR)

• Min. Diploma degree, or Senior High School with extensive experiences
• Have the knowledge and skills related with heavy equipment and spare part management, inventory management, catalogue management, warehouse management, and expedition management

8.  Tyre Maintenance Foreman (TYR)

• Min. Diploma degree, or Senior High School with extensive experiences
• Have the knowledge and skills related with tyre reparation and maintenance on all mobile mining fleet, including other support equipment.
• Understand and able to supervise and control the daily operation of the tyre repair workshop.

9.  Surveyor (SUV)

• Min. Diploma Degree with extensive experience
• Understand and able to work the topographic survey machine and equipment.

General qualifications for all above positions are:

1. Min. 2 years experience in a similar role

* Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all level from various departments/divisions and contractors.

Financial Controller
Responsibilities:

* The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining an effective financial management system for the property.
* The successful incumbent shall possess good analytical and communication skills and proactively communicate the performance of the company against corporate KPI’s to senior management.
* Management of the entire finance management function including timely preparation of monthly Management Reports, Cash Flow Management, Tax Planning and Annual Budgets.
* Provide training and supervision of the Accounting staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements :

* Male/ Female, max. 45 years old
* Graduated from reputable University min. S-1 Accounting
* Experiences in similar position at Mining Company min 3 years is an advantage
* Having computer literate
* Preferably holder certificate of Brevet A/B
* The person applying for the position must have experiences in Multi National Company
* Proficient in financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of variances)
* Proficient in Full Financial Reports preparation and Cash Flow management
* Proficient in taxation and having ability to arrange tax planning and tax payment according with accounting processes
* Trustworthy, discipline, hard worker, fast learner, able to work under pressure with tight deadline
* Able to speak english actively is a must
