PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN), held by Archipelago Resources, Plc, which previously took over ownership of PT. PT MSM and TTN in 2002, from Aurora Gold, and actively conduct various studies to look at the possibility of Toka Tindung project development to production stage. This study included technical studies, project economics, and banking study for funding.
The project includes two Contract of Work (CoW), namely CoW PT MSM, 95% owned by AR Pte Ltd and 5% by PT Archi Indonesia, and CoW PT TTN, 95% owned by AR Pte Ltd and 5% by PT Archi Indonesia. COMMUNITY RELATION SUPERINTENDENT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities for addressing the expectations of a diverse set of company stakeholders including, local business, communities and government. The Jobholder also has a responsibility to assist the Manager Community Relation in developing, implementing and managing policies and procedures required for effective communication and relations with the various stakeholders though out the Toka Tindung Project s and other relation job with a Community Relation Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Advances Degree in business, management, humanities or agriculture from a recognised university.
2. Minimum 3 yr experience in a similar role, and minimum 5 additional years of supervisory experience in a similar role in community relation involving multiple nationalities and diverse cultural issues within a mining project environment
3. Excellent English oral and writing including computer skill
4. Ready to relocated and work on Tokatindung Site with 5/2 days off.
SUPERINTENDENT INTERNAL CONTROL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position directly report to chief Operating Officer with a strong working relationship with the Commercial Manager. To plan organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan. To report to both the audit committee and management on the programmes and activities of the audit. To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other s work but also well briefed on areas of concern. To make recommendations on the system and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management s response and implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduated S1 – Economics (Accounting or Management)
2. Having minimum 8 – 10 years experiences in auditing
3. A Thorough knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
4. An ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written report.
5. Excellent understanding of internal controls and risk, accounting standards, Indonesia tax laws and mining business.
6. Good English language skill and Computer skill.
FOREMAN SUPPLY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall management of the Procurement, warehousing & Inventory. Review and maintain supply department procedure, create and maintain a culture of competitive pricing enforcing expectations expected of suppliers, create and maintain Masterlist report in coordination with logistic provider, create and maintain weekly and monthly supply department reports, continual improvement of performance of the supply department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum Undergraduate degree.
2. 5 years experience in senior supervisor role.
3. Minimum 10 years experience in the resources industry. Sound knowledge of procurement, warehousing and inventory processes.
4. PRONTO experience preferable.
5. Excellent English.
JUNIOR GEOLOGIST (JG)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and ensure all the Grade Control activities comply and achieve the target of quality and quantity and schedule, should follow the SOP and JSAE and also maintain and manage GC consumables. Maintain and ensure all the Ore Mining activities comply and achieve the production target of quality and quantity. Eliminate ore lost and ore dilution. Maintain and ensure the waste excavation follow the mine planning and production target and schedule. Reporting on all aspect of grade control geology. Assist to maintain all development programme achieve the target and schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree of Geological Engineering, preferred brief description on litho logy & geology structures.
2. Computer, Surpac is and advance.

LEGAL MANAGER/ CORPORATE SECRETARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist upper management in providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters involving the company. Assists in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements. Drafts, reviews or revises various company document. Participates in complex legal projects. Provides department budget recommendations and assures optimum development of resources within approval budgets. Keep fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keep all levels of management informed of applicable new laws and of the progress and results of court cases. Prepare board of Director s meeting agenda, handle shareholders relation, coordinated and communicates annual meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate degree from an accredited law school.

SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the planning and implementation of exploration programs over the project from the near-mine environment out to satellite targets within the company s CoWs in a safe, cost effective and environmentally compliant manner. Development and implementation of the SOPs for exploration department. Documentation and log sheets accurately completed, maps regularly updated and all correctly filed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 10 years experience in exploration/development of hydrothermal
2. Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Exel, MapInfo, Geosoft)
3. Previous experience at senior supervisory level

SENIOR MINE PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Description:

Requirements:

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility of maintaining the mine operation s focus on achieving the mine plan, which will in-turn achieve the budgeted mining targets including drilling and blasting design and evaluation, developing daily, weekly and monthly mine plans and schedules, mine planning software administration, road design, mine/ mill ore reconciliation, mine project works and equipment evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Formal Mine Engineering qualification and 5-7 years experience.
2. Knowledge of the Surpac mine planning software is essential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To have a working up to date & accurate OHS & Environmental management system integrated and supporting the site/production activities of the project and complies with OHSAS18001 & ISO14001. Provide HSE information & data in order for the OHS & Environment departments to drive accountability, strategic direction &demonstrate compliance. To have and up to date OHS & Environmental management system integrated and supporting the activities of the project and compliant with OHSAS18001 &ISO14001. Develop technical capabilities in the administration of the HSE Management System database. To understand and implement document control procedures to achieve HSE System quality targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree qualification in Environmental science, management, engineering or similar
2. Essential of OHS/environment /quality management system lead auditor and preferred OHS / environmental management (HSC)
3. Experience minimum 5 years for HSC position
