Mining Bussines Development
Responsibilities

• Developing market for trace analysis for acid group for trace analysis.
• Developing market for grinding and fluxing application.
• Developing sales and market for standard ICP,AAS and calibration standard
• Developing application inorganic in Smelter and Mining companies
• Set up cooperation with instrument distributor (HPLC,AAS,KF,ICP,LC,MSMS)
• Developing sales and market solvent for Palm Oil Application (Oleo Chemical,Bio Fuel, and CPO)
• Developing sales for solvent application in oil refinery
• Developing market in untapped area Mining focus for East Indonesia
• Developing market in untapped area for Palm Oil
• Developing market in untapped area for Smelter
• Developing market for Coal Mining area South and East Kalimantan .

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) - 5 year(s) of working experience in Mining, Palm Oil, Petrochemical, Cement
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Application Specialist (IT)
Responsibilities

• Modifying, programming, qualifying, and implementing very complex applications in a highly developed environment like Data Center.
• Actively identifying and driving forward possibilities for the improvement of existing applications
• Execute and deliver IT services on Application and ensure to ensure the KPIs related to applications are met
• Proactively shapes user and client requirements and independently identifies possibilities for innovations
• Developing possible solutions to new, complex problems Designing the new application
• Design the QlikView solution, including qvd/qvw architecture and data model
• Keeping track of technical developments in the area of expertise and applying new technical developments to the situation within the company and driving the corresponding
• Maintains contact with users and offers technical advice and support; follows solutions above and beyond  his/her own area of expertise
• Coordinate with Regional Support Centre and Corporate Information Services for smooth Application operation

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good level of comfort using VB Scripts to write Macros in QlikView and/or Excel
• High skill in Java, HTML, SQL usage
• Strong in Vb Programming
• Extensive in IT and technical knowledge
• Superb command of written and spoken English
• The Area responsibility is for South East Asia - SEA Country (ID, SG, MY, TH, PH, VN)

ACCOUNTING (ACC)

Responsibilities: Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, Preparing profit and loss statements, Utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Requirement : Male, Single with max. age 30 years old, Bachelor degree (S1) from Economic Accounting or Accounting Computerization (With Min. GPA 2.90), Experience min. 1 year in Accounting Function, Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Have strong detail, Job location: Head Office (Jakarta).

SALESMAN TRUCK AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT (ST)

Responsibilities: As Truck Salesman, selling our product, maintain relationship with existing customers also updating customers database.

Requirements: Male, with max. age 35 years old, Bachelor degree (S1) in any major, Middle level experience (3 years) in sales for truck, heavy equipments, constructions equipments or farm tractor (preferred), Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Fluent in English both oral and written is a must, Has strong and fast business networking, Has a driving lisence (SIM A), Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan and eastern Indonesia).

PRODUCT SPECIALIST HOSE AND/FILTRATION (PS)

Responsibilities: Manage the brand and ensure the company s sales and profitability are met, develop marketing plans, identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, preparing marketing strategy, implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.

Requirements: Male, with max. age 40 years old, Min. Diploma 3 with 5 years experience in Heavy equipment & Aftermarket business and 3 years in Specialist position, Has good interpersonal relationship as well as communication skill, An able to work as team, Target oriented, Proficient in English.

AREA SALES SECTION HEAD-PARTS (AS)

Responsibilities: Increase sales product in branches, Manage salesman and salesman supervisor, Make a daily report to general manager.

Requirements: Male, with max. age 40 years old, Bachelor degree from any major (With Min. GPA 2.85), Min. 3-5 years experience in sales (must mentioned in CV : experience exposure in project sales), Has good understanding of parts Heavy Equipment and After sales, Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Has strong and fast business networking, Target oriented, Willing to travel, Has good to manage people.

MARKETING MANAGER (MM)

Responsibilities: Plan and execute bussiness plan, Develop strong relationship with existing and new customer and business partners, Formulate and develop strategies for new customer to achieve Sales Growth, Responsible for preparing of proposals, co-ordinate tender submission etc, Responsible for contract negotiation and followup on closing, Ensure on time Delivery to Customer, Simply the main objective is Sales and Marketing roles and responsible reporting.

Requirements: Male, with max. age 45 years old, Bachelor degree (S1) in Marketing I Business or other related field, Min. 5-7 years experience in Managerial position for truck, heavy equipments, constructions equipments or farm tractor, Has good interpersonal relationship as well as communication skill, An able to work as team, Target oriented, Proficient in English.

PRODUCT MANAGER-UNDERCARRIAGE (PM)
