PT. Siam Maspion Terminal (SMT) is a joint venture company between PT. Maspion Investindo and SCG Chemicals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Duly organized and existing under the laws of Republic of Indonesia and having its principal place of business at Jl. Kembang Jepun 38-40 Surabaya 60162, Indonesia.

Operation office is located at Maspion Industrial Estate, Manyar-Gresik, East Java and started operation since 1998, it is Jetty Operator for loading/unloading liquid and gas cargo to serve the activities of manufacturing companies inside Maspion Industrial Estate and surrounded area with.

We are expanding the new terminals business. We are seeking qualified Indonesians as below :

General Requirement :

• Male
• GPA min 3.00
• Preferable have 0 - 2 years experience
• Age Maximum 28 years old.
• Good communicating in English both verbal & writing
• Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft office - Strong Interpersonal Skills - S1 Degree in :
  
  1. Mechanical Engineering
  2. Chemical Engineering
  3. Industrial Engineering
  4. Informatics Techniques
  5. Environment Engineering
  6. Electrical Engineering (Electronics, Control System, Power System,Computer, Instrumentation)

Specific Requirement :

For 1 :

• Operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D is a mandatory
• Good knowledge in international standard (API, ASME, ASTM, JIS,�.etc) - Familiar with static & rotating equipment (piping, pump, compressor, .,etc)

For 2 :

• Good Knowledge in Chemical Properties and Process

For 3 :

• Preferable can operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D.
• Good Logical Thinking in Supply Chain & Logistic
• Well understanding TQM/TPM

For 4 :

• Have basic knowledge of computer and independently lifelong learner
• Have the ability to work of software development and be able to formulate the problem, analyze the problem and develops the solution.
• Well understanding in ERP System, SAP, website management, network and server development

For 5 :

• Preferable having Safety knowledge & Basic Safety Certification - Preferable have knowledge about Marine Pollution Regulation

For 6 :

• Preferable can operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D.
• Good knowledge in national & international standard (PUIL, IEC,.., etc).
• Familiar with PLC, DCS, SCADA, power distribution.

Job Description :

1. Mechanical Engineering :

• Calculated Piping Flexibility & Stress analysis
• Design review of piping engineering, layout, plan , isometric
• Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on rotating equipment (compressors, pump ,generator,etc)

2. Chemical Engineering :

• Prepared PFD , P & ID
• Utilities consumption
• Design basis & design criteria
• Settle out pressure study

3. Industrial Engineering ( QM officer) :

• Liaising with customer's auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action compliance with customer specification
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statically report
• Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods

4. Informatics Techniques

• Maintain software, hardware, computer
• Repairing & make sure all the computers and hardware function in optimal condition
• Evaluate and improve the performance of IT systems
• able to handle all the problems of software / hardware / computers in the company.

5. Environment Engineering :

• Complying report of health & Environments of ISO 14000 & government
• Handle environmental & occupational health issue
• In charge of the development and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems

6. Electrical Engineering :

• Review drawing : lighting layout, grounding, cathodic protection, typical installation detail
• Prepare electrical load list calculation, voltage drop calculation, power study
• (ETAP) , single line diagram, cable & genset sizing
• Prepare MTO (material take off) electrical
• Prepare instrument data sheet
• Prepare instrument calculation

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing any documents due to an agreement of relocation and transfer of local customs supervisory (Perjanjian Pindah Lokasi & Pengalihan Pengawasan Barang Operasi Sewa).
• Assist Specialist Formalist in preparing the import realization report to BPMIGAS/MIGAS.
• Assist Specialist Formalities in preparing ARS with any supporting document for explosive’s permits.
• Assist Specialist Formalities in preparing monthly used of explosives to BPMIGAS/MIGAS/Police Department.
• Filling documents of importation & exporting.
• Follow up the Master List approval status at BPMIGAS, MIGAS & Custom Office.
• Ready to work for multi tasking job in Supply Chain Dept if required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from related disciplines especially in Engineering, Finance/Accounting or Management
• Minimum 8 years working experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
• Certified PTK – 007
• Language Proficiency – Good in English and Indonesian Language
• Understand Computer standard applications (MS-Office).
• Good interpersonal skill

Operation Scheduler – Code: (HRR/010)

Responsibilities

To perform and update integrated daily and weekly scheduling in each operation area. Responsible also to update progress of activities to Field Integrated Scheduler, allocate resource based on scheduling approval and provide scheduling performance report regularly. This position will maintain and update shutdown task list and support production & maintenance for update activity progress in SAP PM module.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physical, Chemical or Industrial) or Management
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Planning & Scheduling. Experience in Maintenance Planner & Scheduler is preferred
• Familiar with CMMS (SAP R/3, Maximo, or Oracle)
• Good command in English, both written & speaking

Engineer Subsea Intervention – Code: (HRR/022)

Responsibilities

Direct the activity for PHE WMO Subsea Intervention Program, including Inspection, Maintenance & Repair.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Ocean Engineering
• 5-10 years experience as Subsea Intervention Engineering (Diving Operation) in Oil & Gas Industry
• Knowledgeable in Subsea Pipeline / Diving Operation, DSV & Marine Spread Operation
• Able to perform effective communication & leadership in order to managing contractors
• Good command in English, both written & speaking

Engineer Pressure System – Code: (HRR/023)

Responsibilities

This position’s responsibility is mainly in Safety Critical Equipment and Pressure Systems that consist of a variety of low and high pressure vessels, piping, tubing and associated components operating at certain temperatures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Material Engineering
• 5-10 years experience as Pressure System Engineer, RBI Engineer or Inspection Engineer  in Oil & Gas Industry
• Knowledgeable in Asset Integrity Software, Inspection NDT, Database or RBI System
• Able to perform effective communication & leadership in order to managing contractors
• Good command in English, both written & speaking
