Formalities Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist Specialist Formalities in preparing Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Import/Masterlist to BPMIGAS, MIGAS & Custom Officer.
- Assist in preparing any documents due to an agreement of relocation and transfer of local customs supervisory (Perjanjian Pindah Lokasi & Pengalihan Pengawasan Barang Operasi Sewa).
- Assist Specialist Formalist in preparing the import realization report to BPMIGAS/MIGAS.
- Assist Specialist Formalities in preparing ARS with any supporting document for explosive’s permits.
- Assist Specialist Formalities in preparing monthly used of explosives to BPMIGAS/MIGAS/Police Department.
- Filling documents of importation & exporting.
- Follow up the Master List approval status at BPMIGAS, MIGAS & Custom Office.
- Ready to work for multi tasking job in Supply Chain Dept if required.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from related disciplines especially in Engineering, Finance/Accounting or Management
- Minimum 8 years working experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
- Certified PTK – 007
- Language Proficiency – Good in English and Indonesian Language
- Understand Computer standard applications (MS-Office).
- Good interpersonal skill
Responsibilities
To perform and update integrated daily and weekly scheduling in each operation area. Responsible also to update progress of activities to Field Integrated Scheduler, allocate resource based on scheduling approval and provide scheduling performance report regularly. This position will maintain and update shutdown task list and support production & maintenance for update activity progress in SAP PM module.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physical, Chemical or Industrial) or Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Planning & Scheduling. Experience in Maintenance Planner & Scheduler is preferred
- Familiar with CMMS (SAP R/3, Maximo, or Oracle)
- Good command in English, both written & speaking
Responsibilities
Direct the activity for PHE WMO Subsea Intervention Program, including Inspection, Maintenance & Repair.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Ocean Engineering
- 5-10 years experience as Subsea Intervention Engineering (Diving Operation) in Oil & Gas Industry
- Knowledgeable in Subsea Pipeline / Diving Operation, DSV & Marine Spread Operation
- Able to perform effective communication & leadership in order to managing contractors
- Good command in English, both written & speaking
Responsibilities
This position’s responsibility is mainly in Safety Critical Equipment and Pressure Systems that consist of a variety of low and high pressure vessels, piping, tubing and associated components operating at certain temperatures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Material Engineering
- 5-10 years experience as Pressure System Engineer, RBI Engineer or Inspection Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry
- Knowledgeable in Asset Integrity Software, Inspection NDT, Database or RBI System
- Able to perform effective communication & leadership in order to managing contractors
- Good command in English, both written & speaking
