Menilik sejarahnya, Indomaret yang didirikan pada 1988, awalnya bukan ritel berbentuk waralaba. Konsep dan ide waralaba Indomaret lahir dari sang pemilik, pada 1995, dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan dan ekspansi usaha. Maka, pada 1997, resmilah Indomaret diwaralabakan. Namun, tidak semua gerai Indomaret diwaralabakan. Hingga Februari 2011, Indomaret mencapai 5082 gerai. Dari total itu 3147 gerai adalah milik sendiri, sisanya 1935 gerai waralaba milik masyrakat yang tersebar di kota Jabotabek, Jabar,Jatim, Jateng, Yogya,Bali, Lampung. Di Jakarta terdapat sekitar 488 gerai.

Requirements :

• A bachelor degree from any major
• Min GPA 2.75
• Having a leadership skill, a good teamwork, a strong motivation, a strong personality while working underpressure
