At present, supported by thousands of trained Human Resources, JNE has successfully established more than 1,500 points or service spread all over the country.

Reinforcement of Human Resources and utilization of technology, information and communication becomes the main factor in developing JNE. X-Ray mechine, GPS, CCTV, On-line system up to satellite Communication Device has been the important supporting device in creating the absolute shipment speed and security. Head Division Of Risk Management
Jakarta
Responsibilities :
  • Operational risk identification process
  • Detect / identify risks as early as possible at every stage of operational activity
  • To measure operational risk by calculating the magnitude of the impact and likelihood of risk opportunities
  • Setting Key Risk Indicator Process Opeartional
  • Risk Auditor
  • Ensure the procedure runs in the JNE across Indonesia
  • Creating mechanisms of risk -based internal audit process
  • Preparing audit
  • Creating an audit schedule
  • Creating an audit check list
  • Making the manufacture and follow-up of audit reports
  • Controling process analysis, maintenance and improvement of risk based Key Risk Indicator
  • To evaluate the source , the cause and the analysis of operational risk as a basis for the conduct and control of significant risks
  • To monitor continuously operational risk , especially those having a significant impact on the condition of the company
  • Report the results of the identification, monitoring and follow-up of operational risk control periodically every quarter, semester and annual
  • To evaluate the causes and sources of operational risk occurrence analyze
  • Conduct process improvement if the target is not reached key risk indicators
  • Coaching and sharing knowledge about the operational risk
  • Provide coaching on operational risks both internal and external ;
  • Provide knowledge sharing regarding operational risk both internally and externally
  • Coordinate with internal parties and ekstrnal
  • Conduct an investigation and interrogation of existing case
  • Investigate / nterogasi the case that is being signed
  • Conduct analysis of cases handled
  • Make recommendations on cases that are being handled
  • Did the crime scene if the case requires it
Requirements :
  • Education minimum S1 any major
  • Minimum age 35 years old
  • Have experience at managerial level minimum 5 years
  • Able to operate the computer and investigate
  • Having expertise Investigation, Interrogation, Risk Analysis and K3

Details of Main Duties :
Legal Drafting / Review :
  • Coordinate the provision of legal expertise support in the preparation stage of cooperation agreements
  • Conduct a review to give legal opinions and comments on the proposed cooperation agreement by the relevant departments
  • Monitoring agreement
Legal opinion :
  • Provide legal opinions regarding the problems faced by the company
  • Provide appropriate understanding or information set forth in the legislation for the policy to be taken by the company
Litigation :
  • Acting as the legal representative of the company that the company faced a persuasive mediation and mentoring as mediation , subpoena , assistance for the employees of the company that intersect with legal issues and others .
Legal Permit :
  • Perform update legislation related to the duties and scope of office or company
  • Ensure agreements relating to the activities of the company have been met
Requirements :
  • Education minimum S1 Bachelor degree of Laws
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the legal field, especially in the logistics industry
  • Minimum age 30 years old
  • Have a computer with good ability, especially Microsoft Office

HEAD OF ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities :
Main Duties :
  • Create financial reports are accurate and timely according to company policy which can be used for financial analysis , forecasting , trending , and analysis of results
  • Establish systems and financial procedures are effective in accordance with accounting principles
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data from unauthorized parties
  • To supervise , coordinate and coaching to all staff under his department and periodically report to his superiors
  • Responsible for the leadership of relevant directorates
  • Work with HR to recruit , test and hire staff Accounting cargo according to criteria set by the relevant supervisor
  • In collaboration with the training department to improve performance by participating in the trainings or the mandatory training company
  • To evaluate and analyze periodic costs for the accuracy and speed of financial data submitted from all units in the cargo division , in order to improve the quality and speed accuracy of financial reports submitted by the accounting department of cargo
  • Invoice Preparation and Exim Rush Cargo Handling
  • Details of Main Duties :
  • Develop departmental work program ( PKD ) is based on the quality management program ( PMM ) and quality objectives ( SM ) which has been set
  • Ensure department targets set to be achieved
  • Develop department budget
  • Running cost function of the internal control dept and department under the Directorate of Cargo
  • To supervise , coordinate and coaching to all staff under their coordination within the framework of work motivation
  • Create reports to the Board on a regular basis through the division director
  • Ensure all staff have a hard copy , read , understand and carry out their duties based on the job description given to him
  • Oversee and ensure all units work according to procedure ( SOP ) that has been set by the company
  • Carry out additional duties as instructed by the Board of Directors
  • Develop and oversee the company's actual budget
  • Receive and supervise the financial statements branch
  • Define the rights and obligations of the policy calculation interoffice delivery transactions JNE
  • To supervise the rights and obligations of the company to third parties

  • Authorities approve spending up to a certain amount in accordance with company regulations applicable
