PT Kuala Lumpur Kepong Agriservindo (KLKA) and its subsidiary PT Applied Agricultural Resources Indonesia (AARI) are a leading plantation agency and commercial research organization providing research and advisory services to plantations in Indonesia, respectively.

1. AGRONOMIST/RESEARCH OFFICER (PT AARI)
Requirements :
- MSc Degree (BSc with good qualification will also be considered) in Agriculture, Ecology / Environment, Genetics, Mathematical, Biology
- PhD Degree / experience is advantageous
- Keen interest in field research
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to travel extensively
- Willing to be posted within Indonesia
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR PLANTATION (PT KLKA)
Requirements:
- Minimum S-1 in Agriculture/Ecology/Environment.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude and high level people management skills.
- Ability to work independently, is well-organized, performance oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic, creative and working based on target.
- Willing to be posted at remote area within Indonesia.
3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR MILL (PT KLKA)
Requirements:
- Minimum S-1 in Industrial Technology/Engineering.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude and high level people management skills
- Ability to work independently, is well-organized, performance oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic, creative and working based on target.
- Willing to be posted at remote area within Indonesia.
4. IT EXECUTIVES (PT KLKA)
Requirement:
- Minimum S-1 on IT/Computer and related.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent scholastic record, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team effort.
- Strong organizational, research, and analytical ability.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to resolve both technical and non technical problems.
- Having good knowledge in Software.
