Administration Support
Responsibilities
- This position will assists Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)
- Female
- Age between 21-30 years old
- Minimum Diploma degree from reputable Academy
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 1 year experience as Administration support
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating the concept and lay out design for stores (new stores & renovation) and preparing work plan
- Coordinate with another department for matters related with drawing, fixture plan, signage, etc
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
- Minimum 7 years experience as interior designer/store designer (preferably in retail industry)
- Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
- Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
- Strong leadership and coordination skill; fluent in English & computer literate
- Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities
- Handle financial & operational audit (for Head Office, Store Operation, Distribution Centre)
- Give recommendation of internal control gaps
- Create audit reports
- Review SOP and give advices to business process owner
- Follow up the audit fining and make sure that the action plan is implemented
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years experience as Auditor in reputable company or Public Accountant
- Having a good knowledge about audit, business process engineering, internal control, & risk management.
- Experiences in retail business would be an advantage
- Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
