Administration Support

Responsibilities

• This position will assists Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)

Requirements

• Female
• Age between 21-30 years old
• Minimum Diploma degree from reputable Academy
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Minimum 1 year experience as Administration support
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.

Interior Design Coordinator (Junior Manager)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating the concept and lay out design for stores (new stores & renovation) and preparing work plan
• Coordinate with another department for matters related with drawing, fixture plan, signage, etc

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
• Minimum 7 years experience as interior designer/store designer (preferably in retail industry)
• Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
• Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
• Strong leadership and coordination skill; fluent in English & computer literate
• Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle financial & operational audit (for Head Office, Store Operation, Distribution Centre)
• Give recommendation of internal control gaps
• Create audit reports
• Review SOP and give advices to business process owner
• Follow up the audit fining and make sure that the action plan is implemented

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 4 years experience as Auditor in reputable company or Public Accountant
• Having a good knowledge about audit, business process engineering, internal control, & risk management.
• Experiences in retail business would be an advantage
• Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
• Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci

HR & GA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, training, personnel administration & payroll, industrial relation, employee relation, general affair.
• Establish & maintain good relationship with external party such as schools & governmental institution.

Requirements

• Maximum age 28 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management
• Experience in the same field would be preferable

IT Business Process Analyst and System Improvement Senior Manager (Lippo Karawaci)
Responsibilities:

* Create business requirements into functional specifications to be
* used by software developers.
* Create functional specifications for the (technical) development team
* and support this team in the overall development and testing process until
* the final release.
* Make good communication and coordination with other internal related departments.
* Work within a dynamic team to review and enhance existing system model.
* Delivery requires experience & focus on risk & control & documentation.
* During implementations, act as the functional expert, including the delivery of related training.
* To assist the development of quality system proposals for potential users by agreeing the scope and timing of the proposal.
* Ensure consistent documentation of all project development and solution proposals.
