DH Energy is an integrated energy company with ambitious business plans in coal-based energy projects, including mining, power generation, coal upgrading, coal gasification, and liquefaction. As a short term business plans, PT DH Energy is planning to set up power projects and coal up-gradation project in South Sumatera. To facilitate and support the current and upcoming business development, the company is urgently seeking professionals with relevant experience to fill the following position

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• S1 degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable local or overseas university.
• Holding Certification of Engineer Expertise (SKA) for Electrical Categorize Sub Electrical Power.

Working Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in power industry, manufacturer and electrical panels business.
• Experience in electrical works related such as wiring, testing, commissioning and technical solutions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory level will be an additional value but not mandatory.

Other Relevant Requirement
• Independent person.
• Good understanding of the solar power business and industry.
• Good managerial skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advance computer skills.
• Good understanding and awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Ready to be assigned at remote area as project basis.

LEGAL COUNSEL

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• S1 degree in Law from a reputable local or overseas university.
• TOEFL min 525.

Working Experience
• At least 2 years experience in related area.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Other Relevant Requirement
• Good knowledge of corporate law, including regulations and document preparation, litigation, employment regulation, and contract negotiation and preparation.
• Good understanding and knowledge of national, regional law and other law related to DH Energy main business.
• Good understanding of the company business and industry.
• Advance computer skills.
• Articulate and persuasive in oral communication.

TAX AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable local or overseas university.
• TOEFL min 525.

Working Experience
• At least 2 years experience in related area.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Other Relevant Requirement
• Good understanding of the company business and industry.
• Strong background and knowledge in tax regulations.
• Familiar with local and international accounting policy and procedures.
• Good knowledge and skills in the use of accounting (book keeping) software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required.
• Advance computer skills.
• Articulate and persuasive in oral communication.

Contract Administrator (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities:

* Prepare, review, and administrate contracts during the various stages of the project
* Prepare contracts for Suppliers and Subcontractors, higlighting relevant issues specific on the job
* Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the Clients / Suppliers / Subcontractors are commercially advantageous.
* Liaise with Client, Suppliers, and Subcontractors as well as with internal Engineering, Finance and Legal teams for obtaining agreement andcontract sign off.
* Update and maintain contract register highlighting payment conditions.
* Advise Planning and Production Departments of contractual rights and obligations.
* Monitor, audit, and report on subcontractor performance.

Requirements:

Financial Analyst (FINANCIAL)
Responsibilities:

* Assist with preparation of budget, forecast, and strategic plans.
* Implement financial policies and procedures.
* Review contracts and other business agreements, highlighting potential risks and ensuring that terms adhere to relevant rules and regulations.
* liaise with the Operations and Finance departments to ensure that sums are invoiced in accordance with agreed milestones.
* Review subcontractor monthly reports, identifying contracts that need review prior to submission to the Finance department.
* Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
* Gather data to evaluate client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Male, 27 - 30 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
