Persyaratan Umum :

• Usia minimal 20 tahun, maksimal 23 tahun (pertanggal 9 Juni 2012)
• Pendidikan minimal SMU/SMK atau sederajat dan maksimal D2/sederajat
• Memiliki nilai rata-rata UN minimal 6,0 untuk lulusan SMU/SMK atau sederajat; IPK minimal 2,75 untuk lulusan D1/D2 atau sederajat
• Tinggi badan minimal 160 cm
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
• Tidak pernah menjalani hukuman pidana atau terlibat perkara kriminal yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK)
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani, diantaranya :
• Tidak buta warna, dan
• Tidak memiliki gangguan penglihatan (tidak menggunakan kacamata/contact lens) yang dibuktikan dengan
• Surat Keterangan Sehat dari dokter Puskesmas/dokter Rumah Sakit
