In this exciting growth phase, PT AEL Indonesia seeks experienced and professional personnel to fill in the following positions:

1. SHE Manager (Code: MGR – SHE) – to be based in Balikpapan

Min. S1 in Sciences. Five (5) years in Chemical Industry with good knowledge of SHE/Quality/World-Class management. Can be relied on to implement plans and monitor progress over a long period. Has good knowledge of SHE/Quality/World-Class management. Has conceptual, innovativeness and analytical thinking; a good understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practice, understanding of product technology, occupational health, Safety and environment.

2. Project Controller (Code: FIN – PC) – to be based in Balikpapan

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 6 years experience in accounting and auditing with a public accounting firm, but inventory and fixed asset experience in multinational oil/mining industry is preferred, comprehensive understanding in Management & Financial Accounting, Treasury & Taxation, Inventory & Fixed Assets, have at least 3 years of Oracle, SAP and/or comparable software experience, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed asset and general ledger modules, strong analytical, managerial and organizational skills.

3. HR Officer (Code: HR – OFC) – to be based in Balikpapan

Min. D3 Degree in Management, or S1 Law preferred. Age max. 30 years old and have 5 years experience as HR Officer, preferably in mining companies.

4. Site Manager (Code: MGR – SM) – to be based at site

S1 in engineering field, Mining Engineering will be an advantage, 8 years field experience, POM.

5. Technical Service Engineer (Code: TS – ENG) – to be based at site

S1 in Mining Engineering, KJL, POP preferable, related experience.

6. Field Superintendent (Code: FLD – SPT) – to be based at site

S1 in Mining Engineering, KJL and POM, blasting experience.

7. Field Supervisor (Code: FLD –SPV) – to be based at site

Min. D3 in Mining Engineering or High School with min. 5 years experience, KJL, POP, blasting experience.

8. Junior Draftsman (Code: ENG – JDR) – to be based at Balikpapan

D3 major in mechanical, civil or architecture with 1 year experience as a draftsman for a general steel fabrication & construction company.

9. Maintenance Supervisor (Code: MTC – SPV)

Technical High School, with minimum 8 years experience or D3 degree or mechanical engineering with minimum 3 years in light truck, such as Mercedez Benz, Volvo, MAN, or Iveco truck, having knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic system, hold B2 General Driving License is preferred, hold valid clearance issuer certification, hold Pump Certification.

10. Junior Project Engineering (Code: ENG – JPE)

A Bachelor of Engineering Degree from a recognized university with at least three (3) years working experience in a reputable engineering environment; knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic system.

Responsibilities:

2. HEAVY EQUIPMENTS & DUMPTRUCKS MAINTENANCE HEAD

Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.
• Good communications skills written-verbal, Computer literacy.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.

3. HSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
• Good communication skills.
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.

4. SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.

5. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Willing to travel or be located at Aceh, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera.

6. MINING FOREMAN

Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in coal and mineral operation project with a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Min. Senior High school/STM Tambang, D3 Mining.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in coal and mineral operation project.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.

7. OPERASIONAL MANAGER

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Computer literate, particularly Mapinfo /ArcGIS.
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity.• Willing to be located remote area.

9. HRD & GA MANAGER

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
• Excellent knowledge in HR system, procedures performance management, Indonesian labor law & regulation relation, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and development industrial relation and general affairs matter.
• Minimum 8 years experiences in a similar position or in senior management position.
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
• Preferably candidates from mining industry, held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good in analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to travel or be located at remote area.

10. SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL WORKS)

Requirements:
• Min D3 Civil Engineering.
• Min. 5 years experiences in cut & fill project, roads and bridges, construction, building, the program countour soil, measurement, budgeting, calculation of material and certified experts.
• Preferably Ms Office and Autocad, Land Development, Soft Desk & other engineering software.
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
• Capable for processing data form Total Station.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good reporting system.
• Work in detail, time manageable and traget oriented.
• Willing to travel or located in remote area.
